The wind has been taken out of our sails today. Cowhead and Galvin
got a phone call in the middle of lunch today, saying that we need
to start playing more music. It was very disappointing. In order to
perform at our best and play by the rules, Cowhead has given me the
power to go to break when we have to. No matter what celebrity is in
here or how funny we're being, I have to press the button to go to
commercial.
Last week, Galvin and Cowhead stated that the only people that watch
women's basketball are lesbians and creepy guys. The St Petersburg
Times published yesterday that the bars in Ybor are booming with
lesbians because of the tournaments in town. See? They were right.
Speaking of being creepy, Cowhead confessed to eating at Hooters by
himself on Saturday afternoon. Weirdo...
We had a flood of phone calls come in protesting the more music
situation. Guys and girls called in, pleading for more Cowhead Show.
Unfortunately, we had to go to break so we could play two slow,
boring songs. I leave the room now when we play "Hey You" by Pink
Floyd. I can't stand it.
Alicia called in, she was fired by Pizza Hut, a place she managed
for six years, because she participated in our Whorefest 2008
contest. Phone calls came in looking to help her out, stick up for
her, and offer her some jobs.
We interviewed Jose Canseco, he just released a second book called
"Vindicated". I had to cut it short halfway through because we were
running late. Ruling with an iron fist, bitches.
We brought our intern, ReTodd, in the studio to try and hash out our
differences. Apparently, last night he sent some emails to Cow and
Moose begging for his job back. Moose claimed that his email was not
a nice one. I read it and it was pretty mean. However, being the
forgiving, nice people we are, Cowhead gave the power to Moose, and
Moose did not fire him. Pussy...
